Economic Recession
When do we know we are in an economic recession? The indicators are based on a country’s gross domestic product (GDP) falling over a six month period, or two successive GDP quarters. A recession can lead to an economic Depression, as was the case in the 1929 and 1930, but in recent history economic recessions have lasted just a short period of time (less than two years).
Are 225,000 People a Month Really THAT Irresponsible?225,000 people losing their homes to foreclosure every month. Countless others filing personal and business bankruptcies. While I am in total agreement with the Pop Psychology Community’s slogan, “Don’t Blame”, we must first get the definition of “Blame” correct, then we must put the responsibility where it belongs, as opposed to where people in power would like it to be. There are two other words whose definitions seem to have been distorted somewhere along the way.
