Congress Considers Bailout For the US Automakers
As Congress considers throwing more taxpayer dollars after industries in trouble, here are three simple and proven ideas that would stimulate the economy and rescue the U.S. automakers without increasing the federal debt or risking taxpayer money. An announcement was made today the Congress is presently preparing legislation to bail out the U.S. automakers. Like the bailout of the mortgage industry, the act is both senseless and needless.
GE Bail Out? What About Your Bailout?A GE failure would mean hundreds of thousands out of work, so its not surprising some sort of work out plan would be put in place. I’m sure the other two automobile companies won’t be far behind in reaching a bailout plan also. But here’s the $64,000 question, where is your bailout? By the way, why a $64,000 question and not $74k or any other number? Maybe because of the old game show. Anyway. The public needs to be aware that there won’t be any quick ‘saviour’ plans that’s going to be implemented and take all your financial woes away.
